When looking for a life insurance agent, my priority was to find someone who was tenured in the industry and knowledgeable about all things insurance. I could not go with just any agent that wanted to sell me life insurance one day and the next day they’re at a new job renting cars at an Enterprise location. Johanna has been a rock for my family and I. She was referred by my parents and was actually the one who took care of all paperwork and claims when my father passed away. I am extremely pleased and grateful that Johanna has the knowledge and expertise to take care of my family and I during the most emotionally vulnerable moments.

You can’t meet a nicer person than Leah. She’s a true professional through and through. I have to admit that I’ve never met anyone so attentive to our needs and concerned for our family goals. Leah was our real estate agent at first, but she also did such a great job of explaining the importance of insuring our dream home and the rest of our assets that we went with her for our insurance policies. Our previous agent was difficult to get in contact with and could never answer our questions directly. Leah helped us understand in detail what we purchased and let us know to contact her anytime we had a question. That’s all the assurance I needed to know I made the right choice.

If there is one word to describe Johanna, it would be expert. I have never known anyone who could make you feel so comfortable about a product based on their knowledge. I like how she was able to explain concepts in simple terms and not make you feel completely clueless. Another thing I was impressed by is how everything Johanna said about my policy was one hundred percent true. I only say this because I did have a bad experience with insurance before where someone over promised and under delivered. That was not the case with Johanna. She was clear with me about the cash value and the time table in which I was able to take a loan from my policy. I followed her instructions and everything worked out exactly how Johanna said it would. I have been her client for a decade now and I cannot see anyone else taking care of me and the future of my family. I highly recommend her for all your insurance needs.

Working with Johanna and her company has been an amazing experience. They have provided something to our company that previous companies could not offer in the past, Peace-of-Mind.
